Specialty Root Removal & Cutting Services

 
Standard Mechanical Cutting:   Removal of roots with root saws, chain cutting devices, etc. run off a 80 GPM @ 2,000 PSI combination jet/vac machine.
 
Super High Presssure Cutting:  Removal of roots with rotating water cutting nozzles run off a 15 GPM @ 10,000 PSI Hydroblaster machine.
 
Squeegee / Hoop Cutting:  Removal of roots with steel backed rubber cutting discs or hoop ring style cutting tools pulled through the pipe with a high powered winch and cable.

Logiball Lateral Launcher:  Clean and Cut Roots

 
The lateral launcher guides your 1/2" hose and nozzle into the lateral connection from the mainline sewer.  Winched in tandem with the cctv camera, the 0-90 vdc motor is used to rotate the guiding arm and nozzle into the lateral connection.  With the pump turned on, the back jets propel the hose into the lateral for cleaning and cutting roots.

Harben Hydroblaster

 
 
Infratechs Harben Hydroblaster   Heavy cleaning activities such as root cutting, grease cutting & heavy pipe scale cleaning may be conducted using our Harben Century Series DS8-150 Hydroblaster. The hydroblaster is a special high pressure water jetting unit with a hand-held gun with a safety foot dump valve. When positioned in the center of the pipe it achieves effective hydraulic cleaning. Hydro-blasting methods provide one of the most effective means for the removal of crystalline debris and are most effective in all small diameter sewer lines.  Enclosed in a 5th wheel, all-weather trailer, the Harben Hydroblaster can be utilized in most applications.
